Sent money by mistake

I accidentally sent credit to a Vodafone number, and it was a large amount. I called him, but he turned off his phone. Later, he replied and said he used the money for a procedure and sent me 2000 from the money in two installments. Then he turned off his phone again, and until now, he hasn't sent anything else.
