She is a scammer. She called me saying she was so-and-so, a neighbor of mine, and asked me to send 500 pounds. When she realized I had caught her, she hung up the phone. Unfortunately, she wanted me to transfer money to a relative's phone number. I called that relative and told him. The cameras were still on her.
