Oh university, I had bought the latest Samsung model screen which had a manufacturing defect. At that time, I hadn't activated the warranty and the Samsung service center was far away. So I saw on Telegram a shop that repairs modern screens. I contacted them and they said they would come to me, take it, repair it, and I should transfer the money via InstaPay. I transferred 5000 Egyptian pounds and then they blocked me. That's when I realized I was caught in a trap. Whenever I call, they don't answer. What should I do? This screen is very, very, very expensive and I need to get it back. Tell me what steps to take to get it back.
