A company advertising project financing contacted me. I sent them the data, and they gave me stamped papers stating they approved personal financing for the factory. They requested 1000 as an inquiry fee for legal affairs, then 350 for a criminal check fee. I transferred the money to them, but they blocked me even though they sent me official stamped papers.
