Warning for God's sake about my experience I dealt with a company called Al-Ruwad for pest control because I had pests. They came, sprayed, and took money, but the pests didn't go away. When I contacted them about the guarantee, they asked for more money. I filed an official complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency, complaint number 282881. God is sufficient for me, and He is the best disposer of affairs. --- Guys, I want to share my experience with Al-Ruwad pest control company so no one falls into what I fell into. I had a pest problem and contacted them. They came and sprayed for 4200 EGP and said it was guaranteed, then took another 700 EGP. After spraying, the pests returned as before. When I contacted them, they said they would send someone again but for more money.
