Fraud operation

I wanted to watch a series on Google and it asked me to enter my number. After I entered my number, I received an SMS from the number 98810 explaining that the subscription price is 30 piastres per day and that cancellation is done by sending "Exit 16". I tried to send the cancellation message "Exit 16" but it requires additional fees and my balance is currently 0. If there is another solution besides recharging my balance, please provide me with the information.
