Fori is involved in stealing customers

This is a page on Facebook claiming that I have a free smartwatch from Fawry. They send you a link on Messenger asking for your phone number and ID card number, then send a code to enter on the link. They stole 60,000 Egyptian pounds from my daily investment account. I filed a report at the police station, and the company responded that they filed reports with the signature and the scammer's number. But you have everyone's data, so how can they withdraw the money? I want to file a complaint with the Central Bank.
