I keep getting calls from numbers in the UAE every day. I answered once, they started speaking in English, I didn't understand anything. I blocked them, and since then, every day a new number from the UAE calls me. I block it and block again, but the next day I find another UAE number calling me.راهم هايجين عليا ارقام من الامارات كل يوم يتصلو رديت مرة بداو يحكو بالانجليزية مافهمت والو كوبيت عليهم ومن وقتها كل يوم رقم جديد يتصل عليا من الامارات نكوبي عليه وندير حضر ثاني يوم نلقى رقم اماراتي اخر يصوني

Hello. I had the same problem but from Britain. I don't know how they got my number from WhatsApp. Every day a number calls and talks. English, and once someone spoke like Turks. And they speak Arabic with difficulty. Anyway, we rely on God and He is the best disposer of affairs against them.
