  An amount was withdrawn from the wallet through an alias to which money was transferred from an Orange Money wallet. When I contacted the company, they asked me to contact cybercrime authorities to find out the name of the person who withdrew the money from my wallet. Can I really find out who transferred the wallet balance if I contact cybercrime authorities?
