Injured and scammers

First, messages through Facebook on the Egypt Digital Portal about financial compensations. When I logged in, the examination started until they told me that your compensation is 279,900. Finally, I completed the steps but nothing happened. Then I sent them 149 as a form fee to the Orange Cash number. Until now, nothing has happened, and I contacted the number, but after ringing a few times, it gives me a busy signal.
