Scammers these days

I work in e-commerce and many people request fake orders, which become traps for the delivery person. For example, a fake order in Haram where they took money from the delivery person, a fake order in Al-Ayyat where the delivery person was robbed, and an order in Khanka where they took his phone because he was a collector and money transfer agent and didn't have the collected money with him yet.
