Scam by a Didi driver

The Didi driver was a scammer. We got in with him, and he wanted to take us on a route different from ours. When we refused, he took us on the wrong road, stopped the car, and demanded the full fare or he wouldn't let us get out. I gave him the fare so that he would let me and my daughter get out, and he left. Then he canceled the trip as if I was the one who canceled it. I filed a complaint with Didi, but no one responded or cared. I was stuck on an empty road until a decent driver came and took us to our destination.
