Fraud on a Fawry account

I was scammed by Fawry with a claim of winning an FNC watch. They contacted me on Messenger and sent me an OTP in a link. I clicked on it, and my Fawry account was hacked. They withdrew 19,600 from my installment limit and also took 3,000 EGP from my card balance. I filed a complaint with Fawry, but the issue has not been resolved yet. Fawry forced me to pay a late payment fine. Advice for God's sake: stop dealing with Fawry; there is no security or insurance for accounts.
