Is this from the occupiers?

There was an advertisement for hair products from a pharmacy. I contacted them on WhatsApp, and shortly after, they called me and told me about the products they use and their prices. Then I saw this on Truecaller, which means they are not trustworthy, right?

That's right, yes, you can take the name of the item and ask about any pharmacy outside. The most reliable one is Al-Azbi, honestly nice.

Call about flower delivery asking for Rs 30 delivery fee

there was call telling there is flower delivery and then they said the sended forgot to pay the delivery fees and told me to send 30 rs as delivery fees, which i did thinking who sent it and on the end there was no flower delivered
