  Hello, That is definitely a scammer. please don't share any personal info or pay anything to anyone pretending to be a bank employee. kindly go to the nearest bank branch of the bank you deal with and confirm with them whether this is correct or not; but most definitely they will tell you that this person is not affiliated with them and to NOT share any personal info or give them any money
