Should I file a complaint with the District Manager Lokpal or not?

I went to apply for an ATM at Rajasthan Gramin Marudhara Bank. Along with the ATM application, without my consent, they applied the PMJJBY scheme to my account and money was deducted from my account. When I went to the bank to get a refund, there was an argument. Then I mentioned complaining to the Lokpal and District Manager, after which they refunded the money from their pocket but said the scheme would not be stopped and would remain active. So I asked to close my account and requested a seal. They withdrew all the money from my account and told me that the account was closed. However, on my mobile app of Rajasthan Gramin Marudhara Bank, my account still shows as open. They have not closed the account. What should I do? Should I file a complaint against this branch?
