Harassed me for a whole month

I received a link on my WhatsApp group about the Rural Housing Scheme. I opened the link and downloaded the app, but I did not register on it. After 2-3 days, a recharge of ₹349 was made on my phone. Then I got a call saying that the recharge was done on my number by mistake and asked if I could refund the money. I refused to refund the recharge amount. The next day, the person hacked my WhatsApp and messaged everyone connected to my WhatsApp saying that I am in the hospital and urgently need ₹2000, promising to return it by the evening as my server is not working. At the same time, he also got my SIM deactivated. I did not receive any calls from anyone, and no one suffered any loss or made any payment. I informed everyone through Instagram. After that, OTPs for PhonePe started coming to me. I immediately called my bank and got my account frozen, meaning money could come in but not be withdrawn. Four or five days later, I received a call pretending to be from the bank, saying my account is frozen and asking why I am not unfreezing it, mentioning that there is payment pending in it. I lied to them saying I had closed the account and withdrawn the payment. After that, I got my SIM deactivated and reset my phone.
