Bkash ID was hacked and money was stolen without PIN or password.

Today my bKash account was hacked in a unique way. I did not share any PIN, password, or OTP with anyone. When it was hacked, the hackers activated the system update option. After that, I had no control over the phone. I received a notification from bKash that suspicious transactions were detected. But after that, the phone kept updating. After about one and a half hours, the phone returned to normal. Then, when I opened some apps, they would close by themselves. After doing a system reset, this problem was resolved. Then, out of necessity, I logged into bKash and saw the balance was zero. Checking the statement app, I saw that 28,000 BDT was added from Sonali Bank and sent as money to the number 01946830536. Also, a 10,000 BDT loan was taken and sent as money to the same number. In total, they took about 39,000 BDT. I filed a complaint with bKash; they could not explain how money was withdrawn without any OTP. They accepted the complaint and said they would try to resolve it within six days. They also took money from Sonali Bank but I did not receive any OTP. Everyone should be cautious; if any account is linked to bKash, remove it. Also, use Sonali e-wallet carefully. I have closed the e-wallet and removed it from bKash. Do not click on any notifications or links and do not answer calls from unknown numbers. Please pray that I can recover the lost money through bKash, which is about a month's salary for me. Digital security issues are happening worldwide; everyone should be careful. Fortunately, I did not have more money in the bank, or I would have suffered a greater loss. None of us are safe from this danger.
