Major telecom scam

There is a network scam going on with Airtel. The network works all day, but as evening falls, the mobile network starts to fail, and at night, the network suddenly stops working for hours. I have called Airtel customer service many times, but they just tell you to press buttons repeatedly, and their recorded messages keep playing. They do not register your complaints properly. They are cheating everyone in the name of the network and taking your money for the network. Only the telecommunications authority can solve this issue. If you receive a bill, you should not pay it. Airtel has become like BJP NDA, telling lies. You cannot even use the internet properly. When you complain, they say your internet is working, and you cannot get any further details. So what is the use of numbers like 198 or 121? You should complain because Airtel's network is in a very bad state. They even disconnect your number but still take full payment from you. There should be a campaign against this because they provide free network from space but charge you double rates and reduce call rates to make it seem like they are offering a good service. It appears Airtel does not take your complaints seriously and tells the telecom company that no complaints are coming. They earn from the network taken from space and spend crores on advertisements on television, which are baseless and mislead millions of users. Who will be responsible for this?
