🚨Warning! Online job scam promising extra income, ended up stealing money and running away

The beginning of the scam: It started from seeing misleading advertisements on social media about part-time work from home (such as order processing or chat answering jobs) claiming to earn a good income of 300–1,000 baht per day. So, I decided to message and inquire for details. Traps and tricks: Building trust: At first, the scammer lets you try simple tasks and immediately refunds the money with real returns to build credibility. Luring with high returns: Then they add you to a group and start asking for increasingly large advance payments in exchange for higher commissions. Claiming conditions to extract more money: When you want to withdraw money, the scammer claims you violated procedures and must pay extra to "unlock the system" or "pay fees/taxes" before withdrawal. Damage incurred: Lost a total advance payment of [amount 1,500 baht] without being able to withdraw the original or profit money, and was eventually blocked from all contact channels.
