The Addendum on Additional Functionality

This Addendum applies to and forms part of the Privacy Policy between You and Truecaller if You reside outside India, Colombia, Egypt, and Kenya.

If You obtain the Truecaller mobile applications from sources other than Apple App Store or Google Play, You have an option to avail additional functionality wherein You may share the names, numbers, Google IDs and email addresses contained in Your address book (“Contact Information”) with Truecaller by electing to enable the Truecaller Enhanced Search Functionality.

If You elect to share Contact Information, please note that no other contact information other than the phone numbers and thereto attached names, Google IDs and email addresses will be collected and used from Your address book. Other numbers or information that may be contained in Your address book will be filtered away by our safety algorithms and will therefore not be collected by Truecaller. If You have shared such information earlier and change Your mind at a later stage, You can do so by opting-out in the settings to render Your entire Contact Information unavailable for search in the Truecaller database. Similarly, persons whose data is made available to us as part of the Contact Information through Enhanced Search can exclude themselves from queries under the name search functionalities in the manner described in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy. We remain available to resolve any grievance in this regard, and You can contact us at the contact details available in the Privacy Policy.
