However, they have a photo of his ID card. When my husband tried, the app couldn't be installed. We want to report it, but they speak rudely, threaten, and still insist on payment.

Just ignore it, whether you have debt or not with that online loan, they won't be able to criminally charge us. Just ignore it, they'll get tired eventually.

Illegal cash wallet.. don't pay for illegal ones.. most likely a scam and they spread your data
