Call scam - [PHONE]

A guy called me on my moms phone and asking for identification, somehow he knows my brother name and asking me to confrim. I asked him who is he but he not saying his name. Then blocked number from phone after seeing on truecaller marked as spam by 20 others. After blocking him from phone he immediately call on my moms WhatsApp once again i blocked him but after that he changed the number ([PHONE]) he again called my moms WhatsApp. I blocked his both the numbers.
