Doubt ful Act

Some days ago a massage of an order in the name of my daughter came on my wife's mobile phone.The order was from myntra and delivery by E Kart.This order was neither placed by me nor by my wife.The E Kart delivery boy called on my wife phone that an order is to be delivered and asked to tell address.My wife told that she had not placed any order.Then he said to please cancel it.And asked for an otp which his company sent on my wife phone.But she denied to do this.But after this daily from E Kart a call comes asking for otp to cancel the order.Here I am unable to understand that how the fraudulent persons knew the name of my daughter.How they connected the two ladies are daughter and mother.If it is my daughter's side or anything else.
