Actually this was a few days back I dont know.. but it was first described as E challan fraud and later it turned out to be someone named 'Chota'.. By the way I knew it was a scam and havent touched the link they gave me.. And I checked the RTO vehicle app to see if my vehicle had any pending challan.. Fortunately there was none.. Stay safe guys and make sure not to click on any anonymous link👍
