This is a Pakistani number. Please block it immediately. They blackmail people regarding a product. If you don't make the payment, they threaten to edit your face onto nude pictures and circulate them to all your contacts. But don't worry—these are just threats to scare you into paying them. Before anything like that happens, please block this number immediately.
