Harassment by Insurance Telemarketers 2 Months Before Renewal

My vehicle insurance is due for renewal in two months, but over the last 15 days, I have been continuously harassed with 4 to 5 unsolicited daily calls, WhatsApp messages, and SMS from various insurance companies and agents. ​My policy was issued through Maruti Insurance Broking. As I have never experienced this issue in previous years, I strongly suspect my personal contact details have been shared with or sold to third-party telemarketers. Has anyone else encountered a similar breach of privacy?"
