MercadoLibre universal electronics and apps

On Sunday, I decided to go on the MercadoLibre online shopping app to see if I could buy a cell phone. They made me pay 56,000 colones upfront and told me that the other half, another 56,000 colones, would be paid on delivery. It seemed fine to me, but when I made the deposit, they blocked me and I never heard from them again. Be careful, they call themselves Universal Electronics and Apps. I hope you pay attention and don't go through the same thing... they are thieves.
