I recently been chatting with someone from Tinder they were photo verified but I guess that can faked? we have video called and they have sent photos. I am jobless and broke right now, but they offered to help me with money I said no that's ok. they wanted to send like $50 but they don't use cash app. and they don't talk about money all the time but today they were trying to help me set up a bank account so they could send me money to help out and it just feels weird

Help you set up a bank account! Start asking them for details. Don't give up any information. Google their telephone number. If it's a VOIP, 9 out of 10, it's a scammers. I got a call for Debt Consolidation. He asked for my CC #. I looked at the keyboard and picked 16 random numbers. He put me on hold for a few minutes. When he got back, he told me it wasnt a real number. I laughed and said "of course not! Buh bye."

There are so many scammers. One dead giveaway is the question "What are you looking for on this app?" My answer is "scammers." If they're 40 years younger, 99% chance they're scammers. Watch for language. Their English is off, unnatural. "I am from Florida Cocoa Beach." "I am being happy to meet you." "I am called Peter, what about you." If they say they are from a foreign country, send them a message in that language (use Google translate). Ask for all kind of specific. "Oh, your profile says you went to Trade School. what did you study." "Let's talk on telegram or WhatsApp." I say no. After a while you can almost smell them. And if it looks like a duck, waddles like a duck and quacks like a duck - it ain't Prince Charming.

Yes ma'am that is definitely a scammer. He is trying to gain your trust and if he helps you setup an account in your name and puts money in it, you will be complicit in money laundering. If you live in the US, the FBI & FTC will come after you, since more than likely they are in a foreign country. Scammers made an estimated 50 Billion dollars last year's off of innocent people. It is now coming to light the scammers are helping to fund the 12 major Muslim terrorists groups known to the world. You need to report and block this person.

the scam is simple now days . People offer to send you money or send you a small check in mail. once they do that and you put it in a acount they can take over that acount. so before ya cash a little check for few dollars or get help setting up acount from others. Just remember these people will do just that. they ofer ya money or some sort to access your acount. once they see the acounts number from where you deposited money or a check thats when they change you password or they add email of there's to help get access to your acounts. as far as photos there so many photo apps out and erasers that you can photo shop anything including forums like paycheck stubs or past tax paper. all they have to do is take a screen shot of the origami forums then erase header and name thwn save it to rhere files. then edit files to put there info on it thwn sav2 it to picture. so when need them to gain access to such things as acounts then they have forums on hand. so all sudden they take you off the acount and change the email and phone number . or they just over drawl acount again and again. well I hope this helps you understand how the scammers use ya info now days. if need and additional info please let me know. and im sry for your situation. not all people scam people but most of those people are money hungry. it has been my personal situation that let me know this kind of info. and I dont wanna see any others make same mistakes I did. thank you and good luck to you.
