return scam done by flipcart

I ordered a kurti set from Flipkart and Flipkart delivered it on 3rd June . after delivery Flipkart did not update status after delivery and it was showing that the material is on the way to delivery in the flipcart app status. that kurti material was damaged so I wanted to return it but I couldn't return it because there was no option in the status. I raised complaint to the customer care regarding this... but no positive response except their tricky robotic wordsI raised complaints with customer care. Only robotic replies. Then I mailed Grievance Officer. Instead of resolving, Flipkart changed status to “Cancelled” after delivery. But I have already received that wasted damaged product which I can't return anymore. my money gone wasted. this way flipcart cheated me and made me fool...
