Senior citizen Card Scam

BOB SENIOR CITIZEN VARIFICATION FOR SINIOR CITIZEN CARD. MY FATHER GOT SCAM OF 24,000 for Facebook ads showing Senior Citizen benefits card. They called him on Sunday Evening on WhatsApp Video call mentioning that they are from Bank of Baroda and they will help him for applying the card online through mobile. They access him mobile phone through APK app which they send previously and then they called him and ask him to enter the details on phone. After that amount deducted from both of his account and then he came to know about the scam.
