upi fraud

On 28/06/2026, I received a phone call from a person claiming to be from HP Gas. He told me that I was eligible to receive ₹7,200 that was supposedly provided during the lockdown. He asked me to share my phone screen on WhatsApp to complete the process. While my screen was being shared, he instructed me to purchase a ₹11850 Flipkart Gift Card through Google Pay. Because he could see my screen, he obtained the gift card code and PIN and redeemed the gift card without my permission.
