A scammer impersonating a thief

This guy is a scammer and thief. He calls saying it's a bank service and that Instagram has stopped working because of using the app during an update. He asks for Visa card numbers and then withdraws money from you. Please, no one should share their Visa card numbers with anyone because the bank never asks for them. I hope this number and method are exposed so everyone stays alert.
