It's like a Trojan or virus on someone's device; he clicked on a link and it started sending messages to all his contacts, continuing to call until it sends to strangers without him knowing. That's why the most dangerous things are links and pictures, even if they're from a close person or friend. We must be cautious with any link and always ask before opening any link, even if it's from our brother.
