Today our users experienced a outage of the service. Unfortunately the hosting company we are using had issues with their cooling, resulting in thousands of servers being shutdown.
We have had concerns regarding the matter previously, and made it our strategic goal to assure our users the service by employing cloud computing. The issue today made us realize this even more.
