Dishonest and unethical. This seems to be an outsourced company that facilitates contract upgrades for multiple cell service providers in SA. They make unauthorised changes to your account and I had to physically visit a Vodacom store to revert the changes.

Vodacom is bad bad u call to cancel contracts and cancelations tie u down with a mother contract is that fair. U as client must just accept as long as vodacom gets their money they happy. Just another string around my neck. I have had many problems with Vodacom.
