I have been a Citibank user since 2013 and have never encountered such calls before. However, I have been receiving these calls non-stop since my account was switched to UOB. I do not understand why I am receiving these calls, especially since I have already complained to UOB.

calls me every. single. day. it's not like I'm not paying my card after i use it or anything. but it's starting to become ridiculous if they call me everyday regarding credit card or if I'm using uob credit card. a message from the bank would be sufficient if it's to remind me to pay the card.
