Call from Official Toyota Company to check on after car service survey. If you feel your car wasnt serviced right, can complain here.

I agree to some comments that said toyota should be transparent by asking the owner to also see what is or are at fault otherwise there would be some doubts whether or not repair or replacement being made. I hope in future toyota will allows clients to be there when some critical checking or repair

Even if this is for Toyota’s service survey, why not make it accessible online? Relying on service officers to provide a survey link is actually more efficient than cold calls, which feel outdated. A simple online option would show Toyota values customer convenience and modern standards.

patut tukar wayar suruh tukar satu barang sudah la mahal
sebenarnya barang yang patut tukar tidak sepatut tukar sebabnya tidak boleh lihat scan apa yang rosak
sepatut boleh lihst sebab kita tahu apa yang rosak
