Cancelled my service in May. continued debiting my account. keep on sending mails and phoning them about this and they said i must pay them after cancelling my service. ??? its a pay to use service but they want me to pay even when i have cancelled and using fibre now. I reported them to ombudsman

I have cancelled January 2025. I have send an email too whereby they noted the cancellation. oayments were up to date. They did not collected the unit as I understood will be done!! now the keep sinding emails that I must pay the shortfall. So their phone calls showing as spam.
