CellC is unprofessional in customer service. You have to listen to endless music whilst you want to resolve an issue, they don't have a call back option. It's ridiculous

I would never go for Cell C contracts ever again. I try calling them to discontinue a contract yet they say Im answering the security answers incorrectly.
