His phone number was ported without his consent. A message was sent from Cellcom that his phone number from Pelephone wasבעלי קיבל שיחה ממספר רגיל וענה, הצד השני לא ענה ומשם התחילה ההונאה. מספר הטלפון שלו נויד ללא רצונו, נשלחה הודעה מסלקום ההטלפון שלו מחברת פלאפון עבר ניוד לסלקום, משם אין לו שיחות נכנסות ולא יוצאות, המספר טלפון שהיה שלו כבר לא שלו, דבר שלא נעשה ביוזמת
