  if you click and go into their site, they will start asking for your details to be filled up. after that's done, they will ask your permission to install a third party application that can scan your call log, SMS and other files like photos and documents. usually if your banking SMS are received by the same phone, they can log those and get an understanding of your credit worthiness. However, we have seen in the past in India where personal photos or other files were used to blackmail loan applicants. so do be careful and never allow these lenders to allow anything to be installed on your phone. be aware that nothing is given free in Sri Lanka. there's always a catch.

  don't even click their links. If you click it they can hack your phone and access your contacts and photos
