if someone can send money by unknown number don't call him immediately report to bank freeze your account and block his number the people is from Karnataka,telengana , gujrat , maharashtra and others state and call you and tell please return my money please complaint to cyber crime

True, freezing bank account is not the same as closing your bank account. It's just a momentary hold on receiving payments, or sending payments. It also ensures that no money is deducted unnecessarily, because these fraud payment means, people are sending money to individuals who haven't asked for it, by denying to pay for real services they use or their work payment, hoping these people will then help them as gangster/thugs/prost to take care of matters, as they have accepted the payment, but clearly they have signed not to be part of it, or know as it's wrongful actions. Once, the person, deletes their profile which has shared the bank account, or wherever these payments are coming from is stopped, they can use the bank account again.
