Are you a Truecaller Premium or Gold subscriber on Android based in India? Then this post is for you. To keep all the perks of Truecaller Premium and Gold after September 30th, at the same price as now, you may need to update your payment method. This is all you need to know:

Why do I need to update?

New rules from the Reserve Bank of India limit the payment setup for automatic renewal and if you don’t update your subscription, it will be cancelled. This means that you might need to subscribe again to a new payment plan.

What should I do to keep my Truecaller Premium and Gold?

You may need to verify your card on Google Play to continue enjoying Truecaller Premium and Gold. It takes less than a minute of your time to verify your payment method and you will only need to do this once. Then you’re good to go!

What are the perks of Truecaller Premium and Gold?

As a Truecaller Premium subscriber you enjoy an ad-free app, with all the advanced spam blocking features. You can see who viewed your profile and send more contact requests. Everyone will know you are Premium or Gold in every call or text since you have the badge to show for it. You also get the chance to go Incognito and check out other people’s contacts without them knowing who you are.

As a Gold subscriber you get everything above, as well as a Gold Caller ID and Premium support, right within the Truecaller app.

What happens if I don’t update?

Your subscription will end and you will be on the free Truecaller plan. You will have ads, less contact requests, no advanced spam blocking features and no ability to see who’s viewed your profile. You’ll also miss all the upcoming features that will be exclusive for Premium and Gold members.

I verified my details, what do I do now?

If you verified your card details on Google Play, you’re all set. Now you can focus on the things that really matter and be sure that Truecaller takes care of the unwanted calls and messages.
