The Nordic Business Diversity Index judges companies on a scale from 0 to 100, with equal emphasis placed on the senior management team and boards. The evaluation criteria include gender, age, nationality and education to establish the diversity of the team.

More specifically, we’ve rolled out updated governance policies including our Code of Conduct, Employee Grievance Policy and Data Protection Policy. We’ve embedded equality considerations into every policy to ensure fair treatment while accommodating individual needs. And we always review and adapt tools and processes so everyone has equal access to growth and opportunities.
