Carrington is a scam debt collector. They purchased thousands of contracts from real mortgage companies and then changed the contracts to suit themselves. This is against the law.

i got scammed of money from a loan mitigation from Carrington but the money was taken by some Shine company in China. Told me i had to pay my tax portion before i could get another deferal, even offered me a job to be able to help pay my payments.
