Credit One Bank is a credit card company. Multiple calls identified as spam are actually collection calls. If anyone has an account with CO Bank and you've provided a telephone number they can call that number.

I was called 13 times in less then a 24hr period for a payment of 38.00. That could be considered harassment. I am hoping thatcthis will be thought about, in the future as I was not hiding.
