Poor delivery experience. False updates like ‘customer requested delay’ which I didn’t. Had to follow up multiple times to get a basic response. Very disappointed with the service.

worst service bahut bekaar experience rha mera flipkart ka aaj karo kal aa jayega par iska bahut jyada wait karna parta hai jab call karo to bolta hai mera id pa koi aur leka gya hai phir number aata wo bhi wahi bolta hai 4 baar number aaya hai lakin sahi jawab kisi na bhi nahi diya hai

very bad courier delivery service. false update regarding "customer not available" . i had to follow up for 2 weeks to customer care. still struggling with the same. fake updates daily.

Its fourth time when my order is on the edge to be cancelled because of lazy delivery agents who aren't willing to deliver my parcel. Don't know what's reason but this type of crazy behaviour isn't expected from such a platform.
