Poor delivery experience. False updates like ‘customer requested delay’ which I didn’t. Had to follow up multiple times to get a basic response. Very disappointed with the service.

very bad courier delivery service. false update regarding "customer not available" . i had to follow up for 2 weeks to customer care. still struggling with the same. fake updates daily.
