Agent from TM called saying can check and help upgrade your modem and TV box but there's a 2 years lock period. When asked more, she said monthly cost will also increase by rm30 because is a new modem and there's additional TV Box. Pretty much telling u to upgrade package but in a confusing way

She said she was an agent appointed by TM unifi. She told me that my contract account has ended and offers me a TV box modem that has various channels and applications that can be downloaded and use. But there is an additional fee. In conclusion, not from the real TM Unifi. Marketing indeed.
